According to the press release, Shinjiru is one of Malaysia’s largest web hosting providers, delivering more than 1,500 servers and 500 virtual private servers last year. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed in the press release. With this acquisition, Afilias now supports 17 top-level domains, including seven generic TLDs operating under ICANN contracts and seven new TLDs launched since 2001.
