| European Web Hosting Industry News December 9, 2011 -- Security provider Gemnet has been hacked and its website is down, but the breach has no connection to the issuance and management of government PKI certificates, according to a press release by the Dutch-based security firm. The breach was detected on Wednesday, December 7 and parent company KPN says it has taken it offline while it investigates. December 7, 2011 -- Web hosting provider Host Europe announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with website builder platform BaseKit.
